Children’s
Fellowship Time
Children,
Ages 4-11,
gather on the playground during our early service from 10:00-10:30am
to build friendships and practice joy in living. Our caretaker will
lead them out.

Chalice
Children
Pre
Kindergarten – 1st grade; This curriculum will provide children with a
foundation in Unitarian Universalism. It is at this age that a child
develops their core values and a worldview that will be with them for
their entire life. Using simple and appealing rhymes, songs,
stories, finger-plays and sharing circles, this early introduction to
our faith lets children learn and play together in a nurturing,
stimulating environment.
|
Spirit
of Adventure
2nd-3rd
grade and
4th-5th grade; Divided into two separate classes, the 2-3rd graders and
the 4-5th graders will take their own UU journeys using the
groundbreaking Spirit of Adventure Curriculum. Adventures in cooking,
sports, science, architecture and other interactive experiences
challenge children to try new things, gain insight into our world, and
develop valuable tools for their own search for truth. Special focus
will be placed on Unitarian Universalist identity and how UU values and
beliefs fit into the larger world.

|
Traditions
with a Wink
6th-8th
grade; Our
middle schoolers will be exploring what it means to be a Unitarian
Universalist with the captivating “Traditions with a Wink” curriculum.
Students will learn about the UU traditions of questioning and
searching, good works, science, community and loving kindness through
enjoyable lessons that keep them enthusiastic about their church
experiences.
