"SUUSI has been our family's way to connect with our faith in a more denominational and fun-spirited way for the last 16 years.  Our daughters have grown up with UU friends from around the country who they reconnect with every year.  SUUSI is a bargain for the lifetime of friends and faith involvement that it provides our family."

Minister's Welcome

Welcome to River of Grass Unitarian Universalist Congregation – on-line!

We’re a young progressive religious community in western Broward County:

  • one that still sets up weekly in a school for worship and religious education,
  • one that’s passionately committed to the spiritual journey, and
  • one that’s committed to creating a world where hope is more present and tangible,
  • where love is widely known and can be taken for granted, and
  • where joy is part of every person’s daily experience.

I’m delighted to be in ministry with River of Grass:

  • because we’re dynamic and exciting – a place for spiritual entrepreneurs,
  • because we celebrate worship with great contemporary and folk music,
  • because we are deeply connected with this area and with one another, and
  • because we are committed to a sustainable world of love and justice.

Whoever you are on your spiritual journey, River of Grass welcomes you.
Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, River of Grass has something to offer you.
However you are called to heal and transform this world, River of Grass has a way for you to do that.

Welcome home!

Rev. Naomi King
